These super thin, long pizza's are fun to make and even more fun to eat!

Ingredients

  • 250 g 00 flour
  • 150 g water
  • 10 g olive oil plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 can roma tomatoes
  • Fresh basil and oregano if wanted
  • Salt if wanted

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt. Add the water and olive oil, then mix until a rough dough forms. Knead gently for a few minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, season the tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, fresh basil. Blitz to combine.
  • Divide the dough into four equal portions. On a floured surface, roll each piece out as thinly as possible.
  • Transfer the rolled dough onto baking trays. Spread a thin layer of the pizza sauce over each. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 15–20 minutes, watching closely, thinner dough cooks faster.
  • For extra crisp and flavor, drizzle with a touch more olive oil in the final 5 minutes of baking. Serve hot or warm.
